These new items are a twist on the traditional method of patchworking. With the pieces sewn together on the surface via a close satin stitch. The butterfly motiff floats over the patchwork  for added depth.

The patchwork pieces are cut from a combination of vintage and contemporary fabrics. Most of which are the unused farbic left by dress or curtain making, some pieces are sample fabrics and others are clothing.
